Before you order
Confirm the item’s dimensions, finish, availability and estimated dispatch date. For furniture, measure doorways, stairs, lifts and the final position in your room.
Delivery arrangements
The merchant must confirm available destinations, delivery methods, charges and any assembly service before accepting orders. No delivery promise is made by this concept store.
Receiving a piece
Check the packaging and item on arrival. Retain packaging until you are satisfied with the order, and document any damage promptly so the merchant can help.
Returns and changes
Return windows, exceptions, return shipping charges and refund timing must be stated by the merchant before launch and before a purchase is completed. Contact the store before sending an item back.
